Viet Tho Orphanage Workshop, Vietnam
Vietho Orphanage is located in Bien Hoa, northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The number of orphans is over 150.
Many of these children were abandoned by their parents because they were born with disabilities. We went to Vietnam to deliver presents to the children at the orphanage, including Christmas cards that had been lovingly made by children in Osaka, as well as art supplies and stationery that had been donated by many people.
For four days, I was able to draw pictures with the children at the orphanage using paints and other materials, and was able to convey the joy of drawing.
The wonderful paintings of the children at the orphanage with their sparkling smiles will be exhibited at the 2nd GOFAR BANK exhibition scheduled to be held next spring.
